Romeo Seshie is the CEO, Quick Credit &Investment Micro-Credit. Romeo, before his appointment as the CEO, was the Deputy Managing Director of the company. He rose through the ranks of a General Manager position through to the deputy CEO and currently the CEO. Mr. Seshie is an astute finance management personnel, motivated professional accountant, auditor, and financial analyst with over 10 years of experience.

He has played a key role in preparing senior management strategic plans, providing financial analysis and leadership designs, spearheaded and implemented balanced and sound strategies while ensuring financial stability. He has strong strategic management capabilities with highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills and has proven to be able to develop innovative solutions. Due diligence is his hallmark and he has the ability to manage multiple, competing priorities to ensure that deadlines are met.

He has a high sense of professional integrity, respect for the rules of his profession, and compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and rules of conduct. He has proven conceptual, analytical, and evaluative skills and the ability to conduct independent analysis, 4 identifying issues, formulating options, and drawing appropriate conclusions.

After transitioning the business from a branch-led one to a branchless business and winning a prestigious award, Mr. Seshie also won the Banking and Finance category at the 40 under 40 awards 2020 whiles leading the business to also win the SME Company of the Year at the 2020 Ghana Business Awards.

Under his leadership, Quick Credit won the Innovation in Financial Inclusion Loan Service Provider at the European Global Business and Finance Award 2020. Romeo is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant Ghana (ICAG).

He holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) and has a degree in Accounting and Information Systems from Regent University College of Science and Technology. He has a Higher National Diploma in Accounting from Accra Polytechnic; and also Advanced Executive Certificate in Financial Management from Leadership and Entrepreneurial Training Center, Tema.

He is a Certified Credit Administrator from National Banking College, Accra, and also a Certified Tally Accounting Software Administrators from I.P.M.C. Currently, Romeo is a Finalist at the Chartered Institute of Taxation, Ghana, and also a Finalist at the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA)-UK. Romeo enrolled at Central University, Ghana to pursue LLB in 2018. He went to Keta Business Secondary School at Keta in the Volta Region.

Nuhu Salifu is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana with over twelve years’ experience in Accounting, Finance & Taxation.

Nuhu is the Finance and Administrative Manager at Quick Credit and Investment Microcredit limited.

Nuhu’s expertise are in designing and implementing accounting systems, preparing financial statements and annual budgets, maintaining efficient budgetary control system, instituting internal control procedures and efficient credit control mechanisms, working capital management, capital budgeting among others.

Nuhu has good working knowledge in QuickBooks (Accounting Software), Microsoft Office Suite.

He worked with Nandom Rural Bank limited as an Assistant Accountant from June, 2006 to March, 2008 after his national service with the Wa regional Hospital as an Accountant Trainee.

Nuhu also worked with Boateng and Darko Depot Contractors limited as Accounts Officer from April, 2008 to February, 2010. Prior to joining Quick Credit and Investment Microcredit limited, Nuhu had worked with Akate Farms & Trading Company limited as Accountant from September, 2010 to December, 2017.

He is a product of the Institute of chartered Accountants Ghana (ICAG) after graduating with B.Sc. Accounting (2nd Class Upper Honours) from the University of Education Winneba-Kumasi campus ( 2008 to 2010).

He has an HND Accounting (2nd Class Upper Honours) from the Tamale Polytechnic (2000 to 2003). He is also a product of Wa Senior High School (1997 to 1999) and Jindabo Junior High School (1994 to 1996)

Bismark is a professional Auditor with over 10 years’ experience spanning from Microfinance, Banking Operations and Compliance related activities in financial Services.

He holds a BBA in Accounting option from Christian Service University College and Masters in Accounting &Finance from University Of Cape Coast.

Bismark is also a Student and a member of Chartered Institute of Bankers and Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana.

Bismark has worked with Opportunity International Savings and Loans Ltd as the Monitoring Officer in the Deposit Mobilization Department in 2005. He rose through the ranks to become the Branch Operations Manager for Goaso Branch of the Institution.

He has also worked at Sinapi Aba Savings and Loans Ltd (SASL) as the Branch Operations Manager .He occupied the role consistently for many branches. He later became the Compliance Manager of all the branches at Sinapi Aba Savings and Loans Ltd.

Veronica Ofosuhemaa Owusu –Ansah is a passionate brand and external relations strategist. She has worked in an integrated marketing communication function as well as creating business leads for brands. She has initiated and led successful campaigns that brought some award recognitions to brands she worked for.

She is a professional with over 8 years of experience which spans across news media, marketing & advertising services, telecommunications, Corporate Social Responsibility, Corporate Communications, Branding, Financial & Investment Services, and Copywriting.

She is a game changer with a track record of awarded achievements. She is a determined, self-motivated and confident individual who seeks an opportunity to contribute her acquired skills and experience to a challenging and dynamic team to help achieve the objectives of an organization.

Companies she has worked include Metro TV as a Broadcast Journalist, Primus Advertising as Senior Media and Client Service Executive, Tigo Ghana as Communications Specialist, Group Ideal& Ideal Finance as Lead for Media and Advertising.

She was also the Head of Brands at TV Africa and Head of Corporate Affairs at the Ghana Library Authority.

Veronica holds a Master’s degree in Development Communications at the Ghana Institute of Journalist and Bachelor of Arts in Information Studies at the University of Ghana, Legon.

She holds Professional certificates in Advanced Public Relation, Annual Report writing, and Strategic Communications and Marketing.

She is currently the Head, Brand Communications and Business Development for Quick Angels Limited & Quick Credit & Investment Micro- Credit Limited. She is a member of IPR (Institute of Public Relations Ghana) and Ghana Journalist Association (GJA).

After 10years of working with Barclays Bank (GH), Mrs. Abigail Quartey’s is currently the Human Resource Manager at Quick Credit & Investment Micro-Credit Limited.

She is a degree holder from the Central University College, Accra in Administration with a Higher National Diploma (Accounting) from Accra Polytechnic, Ghana.

Her healthy human relations and strong grasp of corporate governance translates into the cordial and well-coordinated workforce for the company.

Mrs. Abigail Quartey is a very vibrant, punctual and a highly motivated individual with a desire to contribute her quota to a changing and dynamic environment. A trait of being a people person has aided her in building good relationship with people, workers most importantly irrespective of race and gender.

She is currently pursuing a professional course with the Institute of Human Resources Management Practitioners (IHRMP), Accra.
