Richard is a young successful entrepreneur, seen by many as one of the promising global icons. He is a Ghanaian Multinational Businessman with diversified business interests. Richard has demonstrated continuous leadership, excellence in business, technical skills in financial management, and project executions.

He was born on 21 March 1984 at James town, Accra and grew up with a passion for Entrepreneurship.

Richard Quaye, after several observations by the board for 40 under 40 awards scheme was adjudged the winner for the investment category in 2019 for the great works and impact in his sector of business globally

He is into Micro- Credit lending and Angel Investment.

He was also selected as part of 50 young Ceo’s in Ghana by Avance media in 2020. Richard got featured in ‘’those who inspire’’ a magazine endorsed by the President of Ghana to stir the young generation in Ghana and beyond after the team from the united states had carefully analyzed his Business module and its impact so far on the younger generation.

Due to his acumen, he has been invited twice in a roll to lecture at the Harvard school of business on entrepreneurship. Barely a year after the launch of his company Quick Angels limited the first angel investor company in Ghana, he has funded over 30 businesses and counting that are doing amazing and have employed over 600 Ghanaian youth in this regard.

After stepping aside as the CEO of Quick Credit and Investment Micro-credit Limited, he has gone ahead to open same operations in eastern and western African countries to help young businesses with loans to support their livelihood.

Richard is currently the Board Chairman and the majority shareholder of Quick Credit & Investment Micro-Credit Limited, a micro-credit company licensed by Bank of Ghana as Non-Deposit taking Financial Institution and the CEO of Quick Angels Limited.

Richard started the business of money lending over 10 years ago as a single entity business and later incorporated a limited liability company that took over.

Richard’s resolve is to continue championing creativity in new business developments that would expand the profile of Quick Angels Limited and inspire entrepreneurship and business excellence in Ghana and beyond.

Romeo Seshie is the CEO, Quick Credit &Investment Micro-Credit LTD. Romeo before his appointment as the CEO was the Deputy Managing Director of the company. He rose through the ranks of a General Manager position through to the deputy CEO and currently the CEO.

Mr. Seshie is an astute Finance Management personnel, motivated Professional Accountant, Auditor, and Financial Analyst with over 10 years’ experience.

He has played a key role in preparing senior management strategic plans, providing financial analysis and leadership designs, spearheaded and implemented balanced and sound strategies while ensuring financial stability.

He has strong strategic management capabilities with highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills and has proven to be able to develop innovative solutions. Due diligence is his hallmark and he has the ability to manage multiple, competing priorities to ensure that deadlines are met.

He has a high sense of professional integrity, respect for the rules of his profession, and compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and rules of conduct. He has proven conceptual, analytical, and evaluative skills and the ability to conduct independent analysis, 4 identifying issues, formulating options, and drawing appropriate conclusions.

Under his leadership, he's led a transition from branches to a branchless institution operating remotely across the country with a customer base of over 50,000 and successfully employed over 40 call center executives during the pandemic.

In the year 2020, during the pandemic, the company experienced a transition from branches to a branchless institution operating remotely across the country where over 400 call center executives were employed. Mr Romeo Rich-Love Kweku Seshie, leading the initiative was awarded for his outstanding contribution in the pandemic by the West Africa Regional Business Excellence Awards.

Romeo Rich-love Seshie also won the Banking and Finance category at the 40 under 40 awards 2020 whiles leading the business to also win the SME Company of the year at the 2020 Ghana Business Awards.

Under his leadership, Quick Credit won the Innovation in Financial Inclusion Loan Service Provider at the European Global Business and Finance Award 2020.

Romeo is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant Ghana (ICAG).

He holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) and has a degree in Accounting and Information Systems from Regent University College of Science and Technology. He has a Higher National Diploma in Accounting from Accra Polytechnic; and also Advanced Executive Certificate in Financial Management from Leadership and Entrepreneurial Training Center, Tema.

He is a Certified Credit Administrator from National Banking College, Accra, and also a Certified Tally Accounting Software Administrators from I.P.M.C. Currently, Romeo is a Finalist at the Chartered Institute of Taxation, Ghana, and also a Finalist at the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA)-UK. Romeo enrolled at Central University, Ghana to pursue LLB in 2018. He went to Keta Business Secondary School at Keta in the Volta Region.

In a changing trend where women are emerging as great leaders and contributing to the economic well-being, Mrs. Abigail Quartey like other visionary women has helped impacted a lot of lives through her human capital acquired skills and competence.

Years of trading her services at different institutions have added vast knowledge and an unlimited experience in her approach to task and dealings with people both at work and outside the work community. Mrs. Abigail Quartey’s love for accounting and business brought to her doors an opportunity to work 10 years with Barclays Bank (GH).

She is a degree holder from the Central University College, Accra in Administration with a Higher National Diploma (Accounting) from Accra Polytechnic, Ghana.

She is currently pursuing a professional course with the Institute of Human Resources Management Practitioners (IHRMP), Accra.

Her reputation of having the desire to strive and exceed expectations has earned her a place currently at Quick Credit & Investment Micro-Credit Limited where she takes the position of Human Resources and Corporate Affairs Manager. Her healthy human relations and strong grasp of corporate governance translates into the cordial and well-coordinated workforce for the company. Possessing the necessary management and technical skills to not only hit the ground running but also initiate and execute operational duties of the human resource sector of the company. Utilizing her explicit understanding of the Ghana finance sector, she has been pivotal to ensuring a better decision making by the board and proper code of conduct as an institution.

Mrs. Abigail Quartey is a very vibrant, punctual and a highly motivated individual with a desire to contribute her quota to a changing and dynamic environment. Emmanuel N.L. Lamptey is a self-motivated, result oriented entrepreneur, and Human Resource/Administration Manager with several years‟ experience in those fields. He is a mentor, a father and a leader.

Emmanuel Lamptey is currently the General Manager, Quick Angels Limited.

He is a trained Human Resource Practitioner, a business owner, a seasoned marketer, and a smart credit analyst.

He holds an MBA (Finance and Administration) from the Sikkim Municipal University, India and a Bachelor's degree in Arts (Hons.) Economics and statistics from the University of Cape Coast (U.C.C).

He is an analytical, pragmatist, proactive, ambitious, optimistic and forward-looking person, team builder and player with great organizational and leadership skills. He is proficient in both written and oral communication.

He is a staunch Christian with a philosophy of using his leadership and business acumen and skills to transform lives and to make life comfortable for people he comes into contact with. He is happily married with two (2) brilliant children.

Kwadwo Dei Kwarteng is a managing partner of Dwumfour and Dwumfour law firm where he concentrates his practice on domestic and international trade investment transactions, litigation and arbitration, complex disputes and regulatory investigations.

As a Certified member of the Ghana Bar Association with 10 years of practice, his clientele base are within national, regional and local terrains ranging from industries such as beverages, agriculture, construction, financial services, energy, transportation, retail and manufacturing.

In addition to being considered a pre-eminent lawyer, Mr Kwadwo Dei Kwarteng has won several contentious cases in both lower and higher courts.
